The villa No.12 is one of four villas that client had ordered our design group team (Noir studio). In this township and none of them were in their vicinity. At the first level of designing procedure, we had to find a common concept for these villas. preserving the integrity and following the leading ideas in these villas with different spaces and behaviors was our principles

Noir Studio

The new urban development of Tehran in the recent decades has imposed alterations to the ratio of open and semi-open spaces to the closed spaces in residential units. These changes has enormously affected the lifestyle of the people of Tehran in the recent years to such and extend that smaller apartment units have minimum access to open or semi-open spaces. The research focus of this project was to explore the urgent need for new residential models in Tehran.

Hooba Design

The refractory façade brick was our choice as the main material considering that it was the commonest material in that neighborhood since long time ago and it is practically appropriate for the climate of the region.
- The undeliverable installations led us to the conclusion that our design should be fully flexible.

Laid on hillsides of Sadra new town, Green Land complex is a multi-functional convention center facility with about 46,178.7 m2 area offering entertainment, clubs, lounges, shops, indoor and outdoor activities. Sadra new town is a city located 18 km to North West of Shiraz which has been established on 1990s. This complex has been a pioneer attraction of this new born city.

Mehrdad Iravanian Architects

To start a project, creativity and innovation are taken into account both in the designing of the plans and in the application of the materials and the technology related to –albeit with considering economic and executive constraints. The influential factors involved in the design of this project, including the dominant sunshine and disturbing rain and street noise pollution, have shaped the form of this statue, along with the beautiful landscape of Nahar-khoran forests and municipal regulations and requests of the employer.

n many cases there are not few information about the buildings details such as name of Architect and any other technical information. so this is an approach to find out Iranian modern Architecture around of Iran by volunteering free photography.
